About Jason

With over 20 years of public speaking, pastoral, and leadership experience Jason Cook is truly a master of inspiring every room. He's been a leader in locker rooms, elder rooms, and board rooms at a young age -- showcasing his wisdom, humility, and skill in multiple venues. Jason has been an entrepreneur, evangelist, itinerant preacher, church planter, team captain, business owner, and current Senior Pastor of Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, GA.

A four-year starter at fullback for Ole Miss from 2004-08, Jason began to walk faithfully with Jesus during his sophomore year of college. Signed by the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens, he left professional football in 2009 to embrace his call to ministry.

Jason has started and sustained multi-ethnic churches, including Iron City Church in Birmingham and Fellowship Memphis in Tennessee. He credits God’s providence for allowing him to be a part of multi-ethnic movements in four major Southern cities that were prominent in the Civil Rights Movement.

He holds an M.Div from Beeson Divinity School and serves on its Advisory Board. He and his wife, Courtney, have four children: Charlie, Cager, Boss and Bishop. They live in the Atlanta area with their two dogs Apollo and Minnie.

Jason's passions are preaching, teaching, and leadership development. He leads from his weaknesses, alongside his strengths, to produce a highly relational and warm leadership environment.

Those who sit under his teaching on Sunday's or are a part of leadership training that he leads use words such as "inspiring", "brilliant", and "incredible" to describe their experience.

Whether you are looking for a preaching tune up, tailored communication feedback, or bringing Jason in to lead your event or workshop you will be inspired and equipped to carry out the purpose of your church, staff, or team.
